About Us

ACP Consultants UAE was established in 2015 by Enis Öncüoğlu. The main objective of the company is to focus on international real estate projects, globally and in the MENA region.

The main services are Architectural, Structural, MEP, Master Planning, Interior and Landscape Design and Consultancy services.

The services are provided by various nominated subcontractors who are experienced in their fields. Advanced BIM, sophisticated 3D modelling, CAD systems and contemporary communication systems are used within the provided design services. Remote working and flexible working hours give us the advantage to deliver prompt and efficient solutions to the design expectations of our clients.

ACP has a very diverse portfolio, yet our main experience and field of expertise are mostly composed of hotels, shopping malls, workplaces and mixed-use projects. One of our recently completed projects, Niger Ministry of Finance, has been awarded as the best “Public Service Architecture Niger” by International Property Awards and earned an award of merit in the office category by Engineering News-Record.

We aim for sustainable, flexible and enhanced design and technological solutions integrated within our building and environment designs. Also urban integration and adding a value for an open space dialog to big scale projects is a tool we prefer to use in all our projects.

Different cultures, climates and geologic and topographic conditions teach us to develop our design methodology to be reactive, adaptive, cost effective and sustainable at the same time. Fast track projects and big scale developments became our focused experience field which we have achieved in past recent years.

ENİS ÖNCÜOĞLU - FOUNDER

Enis Oncuoglu graduated from METU Faculty of Architecture as an architect in 1989 and right after started to work at Oncuoglu Architects founded by Hasan Oncuoglu. In 1996 he assumed the general directorate of the company in 1996 after the founder of the office passed away. Enis Oncuoglu also acts as a jury member in many national and international competitions and participates in conferences such as MAPIC, MIPIM, ProEstate, ARKIPARC to share his experience in architecture and real estate issues. Enis Oncuoglu is also a member of TMMOB Chamber of Architects, TSMD (Association of Turkish Architects in Private Practice), OMIM (Union of Architects of Architectural Faculty of METU), AMPD (Shopping Centres and Retailers Association), TMMMB (Turkish Consulting Engineers and Architects Association) and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centres). Enis Oncuoglu is also one of the founders of TSMD Ankara Architecture Centre.

EBRU SİNAN - DIRECTOR

Ebru Sinan graduated from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Architecture in 2003. Then in 2005, she pursued her studies with a master’s degree in Urban Planning at KTU as well. In 2012, she did a PhD research at UCLA School of Public Affairs and completed her PhD in architecture at KTU. She has been working as a project coordinator for Oncuoglu Architects since 2013. She became the director of ACP Consultants UAE in 2021.
